Master Carabin began his training
in the early seventies under Grandmaster Chong Soo Lee and his Instructors.
He often took courses seven days a week and finally after almost four years
of rigorous training he was awarded his Black Belt by the World Taekwondo
Federation. Since Master Carabin opened his first school he has seen a
steady climb in student enrollment. Today, he and his instructors teach
classes at many locations throughout Canada.
